The Seller is exempt from VAT (Art. 113(1) of the ustawa o VAT (Polish VAT Act)).<\/p>\n<h2>Processing time<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dispatch time:<\/strong> within 48 hours on business days, counted from when the payment is booked; for card or other online payments \u2013 from the moment the payment is positively authorised.<\/li>\n<li>Orders paid on a weekend or public holiday are shipped on the next business day.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Personalized products<\/strong> (e.g. name tapes, patches with text) and sizes sewn to order have their own processing time stated in the product description \u2013 in that case, the time given in the description applies. If one order contains products with different processing times, we ship everything once the order is complete, unless you ask for shipment in parts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delivery time<\/strong> by the carrier usually takes 1\u20132 business days from dispatch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What happens after you place an order<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>You receive an email confirming that your order has been received.<\/li>\n<li>Once the payment is posted, we assemble and pack your order (or make the personalized product).<\/li>\n<li>Once the parcel has been dispatched, we send you an email with <strong>tracking number and tracking link<\/strong>. You can also check your order status under \u201cMy account\u201d if you have an account in the Shop.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>InPost Paczkomat lockers and DPD Pickup points<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You choose the pickup point (Paczkomat parcel locker or DPD point) on the map when placing your order. Please provide a current mobile phone number and email address \u2013 the carrier will send notifications to them.<\/li>\n<li>When the parcel reaches the point, you will receive a text message or e-mail (or a notification in the carrier's app) informing you that it is ready for pickup and \u2013 for a Paczkomat locker \u2013 with a pickup code.<\/li>\n<li>You collect the parcel from the Paczkomat parcel locker by scanning the QR code or entering your phone number and pickup code, and at a DPD Pickup point \u2013 by giving the code or showing the message from the carrier.<\/li>\n<li>The time allowed for picking up the parcel at the point is set by the carrier and stated in the notification (at InPost Paczkomat lockers usually 48 hours, extendable in the InPost app). An uncollected parcel is returned to us \u2013 we will then contact you about reshipping.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Courier and postal delivery<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The courier (InPost or DPD) delivers the parcel to the address provided, usually on business days. The carrier notifies you by text message or email of the planned delivery; on its website you can usually change the delivery date or location.<\/li>\n<li>Poczta Polska shipments (parcel, registered letter) are delivered by the mail carrier. If the recipient is not at home, the carrier leaves a delivery notice (awizo) \u2013 you can collect the shipment at the post office within the period indicated on the notice.<\/li>\n<li>If possible, inspect the parcel in the courier's presence. If it is damaged, ask for a damage report to be drawn up \u2013 this will make it easier to resolve the matter with the carrier. However, the absence of a report does not deprive you of the right to file a complaint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Personal pickup in Pi\u0142a<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal pickup is free of charge. You can collect your order at: <strong>ul.
