Filing a complaint<\/strong>
To file a complaint, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n

1. Return\/complaint form
Fill in the return\/complaint form and include it in the parcel. The document should contain\u00a0the following information: first name and surname, email address or mailing address, phone number, the product number and the reason for the complaint, the date of purchase, and the date the defect appeared. <\/p>\n

2. Sending the product back
When filing a complaint, please send back the product together with all its accessories and a copy of the proof of purchase. When filing a complaint about goods, the buyer covers the cost of shipping the goods under complaint.<\/p>\n

Returning goods<\/strong>
Under applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods. In accordance with the terms and conditions, the product must not show signs of use, creases, abrasions or soiling, or signs of washing or cleaning with chemical agents.<\/p>\n

To withdraw from the contract and return a product purchased from us,\u00a0fill in the required statement and\u00a0send it to our address together with the returned product(s).<\/p>\n
