You choose the payment method in the final step of placing your order.<\/p>\n<h2>Available payment methods<\/h2>\n<ul><li><strong>Online payment: BLIK or instant bank transfer<\/strong> \u2013 Zap\u0142acisz na bezpiecznej stronie Autopay \u2013 BLIK albo szybki przelew z Twojego banku. Zam\u00f3wienie realizujemy od razu po p\u0142atno\u015bci.<\/li><li><strong>Traditional bank transfer<\/strong> \u2013 You will receive the transfer details in the order confirmation email. We ship once the payment has been credited.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Online payments \u2013 Autopay<\/h2>\n<p>Online payments are handled by <strong>Autopay S.A.<\/strong> based in Sopot \u2013 a licensed payment operator supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (Komisja Nadzoru Finansowego). With Autopay you can pay by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>BLIK<\/strong> \u2013 you enter the 6-digit code from your banking app and confirm the payment on your phone,<\/li>\n<li><strong>by payment card<\/strong> (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Electronic, Maestro) \u2013 you enter your card details only on the secure Autopay page; we have no access to them,<\/li>\n<li><strong>fast online bank transfer<\/strong> \u2013 you log in to your bank and approve a pre-filled transfer,<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google Pay<\/strong> and <strong>Apple Pay<\/strong> \u2013 on devices and browsers that support these wallets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After clicking \u201cOrder and pay\u201d you will be redirected to the Autopay page and, once the payment is complete, back to the Shop. Please make the payment within <strong>2 calendar days<\/strong> from placing the order. A traditional bank transfer is usually credited within 1\u20132 business days \u2013 we count the shipping time from the day the payment is credited. If the payment is not received on time, we will send you an email reminder, and if no payment is made, the order may be canceled.<\/p>\n<h2>What happens after your order is paid<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>You receive an email confirming receipt of payment (the order status changes to \u201cProcessing\u201d).<\/li>\n<li>We assemble and pack your order or make the personalized product.<\/li>\n<li>We ship the parcel and send you an e-mail with the tracking number \u2013 more on the page <a href=\"https:\/\/morasy.pl\/en\/dostawa\/\">Delivery<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Proof of purchase and invoice<\/h2>\n<p>The Seller is exempt from VAT under art. 113 sec. 1 of the ustawa o podatku od towar\u00f3w i us\u0142ug (Polish Value Added Tax Act); therefore, prices do not include VAT. If you need an invoice (without VAT), indicate this and provide your company details (including your NIP tax ID) in the order form, or write to <a href=\"mailto:morasydladzieci@interia.pl\">morasydladzieci@interia.pl<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>In the event of withdrawal from the contract or acceptance of a complaint, we refund the money using the same method you used to pay (e.g. to your card or to the account from which the payment was made), unless you expressly agree to another method that is free of charge for you.
