Cookie Policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used by the online store morasy.pl, operated by Morasydladzieci Joanna Szyda, ul. Tucholska 41, 64-920 Piła, NIP (tax ID): 7641658760. Effective as of 25 October 2026.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit websites. Among other things, they make it possible to remember the contents of your cart, keep you logged in to your Account or – with your consent – measure traffic in the Store and the effectiveness of ads. Other technologies for storing and reading information on your device (e.g. the browser's local storage) work similarly; the rules below apply to them accordingly.

2. Legal basis

Cookies necessary necessary for the operation of the Store are used without consent, because they are required to provide the service you request (art. 399 sec. 3 of the ustawa z dnia 12 lipca 2024 r. – Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej (Polish Electronic Communications Law Act of 12 July 2024)). Cookies analytics and marketing we store and read only after you give your consent in the cookie banner. Where personal data is processed by means of cookies, the rules for its processing are described in Privacy Policy.

3. Necessary cookies

They are always active – without them, the cart, placing orders, and logging in would not work.

During electronic payment, the payment operator Autopay S.A. may use its own cookies on its website that are necessary to carry out the transaction securely – the rules for their use are set by the operator.

4. Analytics cookies (only with consent)

They help us understand how you use the Shop (e.g. which pages are visited, where visitors come from) so that we can improve it. We use Google Analytics 4 provided by Google Ireland Limited.

Name Provider Purpose Retention period

_ga_* Google (Google Analytics 4) Storing session state in analytics 2 years

Cookies in Google domains are stored and controlled by Google. More information: policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.

6. Google Consent Mode (Consent Mode v2)

We use Google Consent Mode (Consent Mode v2). Until you give your consent, Google tools do not store or read analytics and advertising cookies on your device. Before consent is given, Google may receive limited cookieless signals from your browser (e.g. information about a page view, device type, approximate location based on IP address), used to model statistics and conversions in aggregated form. Consent is granted separately for: storage of analytics data (analytics_storage), storage of advertising data (ad_storage), sending user data to Google for advertising purposes (ad_user_data) and ad personalization (ad_personalization).

7. How to change or withdraw consent

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time – as easily as you gave it. Just click the link Cookie Settings (also available in the footer of every page of the Shop) and select the chosen categories. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of the use of cookies before its withdrawal. Once consent is withdrawn, analytics and marketing cookies will no longer be read; to delete those already stored, you can also clear the cookies in your browser.

8. Browser settings

Regardless of the banner, you can manage cookies in your browser settings – block them, delete them, or set up notifications when they are stored. Instructions for the most popular browsers:

Blocking necessary cookies may prevent you from using the cart, placing orders and logging in to your Account.

You can also install the official browser add-on that blocks Google Analytics: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

9. Changes to the cookie policy

The list of cookies may change as the Shop develops. The current version is always available on this page. If we add new tools that require consent, we will ask you for it again.
