How do I choose the right size?

When will you ship my order?
up to 48 hours on business days from when the payment is credited. With a traditional bank transfer, the time is extended by the time it takes for the transfer to be credited.
How much does delivery cost?

How can I pay?
- Online payment: BLIK or instant bank transfer – Zapłacisz na bezpiecznej stronie Autopay – BLIK albo szybki przelew z Twojego banku. Zamówienie realizujemy od razu po płatności.
- Traditional bank transfer – You will receive the transfer details in the order confirmation email. We ship once the payment has been credited.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can place an order as a guest. An account is useful for viewing your order history and for faster future purchases.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. Instructions and form: Withdrawal from Contract. Complaints: Complaints.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, free of charge: ul. Tucholska 41, 64-920 Piła. Please call before coming.
Do you issue invoices?
The Seller is exempt from VAT, so prices do not include VAT. If you need an invoice, mention it in the order notes and provide your NIP (tax ID).
